SUMMARY AND LOCATION: 

The Sunset apartment is located in the Pins Vens area , 20 minutes from the beach and in a central but very quiet area. 

The neighborhood has a great variety of bakeries, supermarkets, bars, etc. It is an ideal place to enjoy village life. 

The Pins Vens neighborhood is quiet, you can walk to the center of Sitges, the supermarket and the beach.

On a third floor of a building without a lift , the penthouse has 2 bedrooms , 1 bathroom with shower and a beautiful terrace . 

Sitges Train Station is a 15-minute walk away. 

LIVING AND KITCHEN: 

Upon entering the apartment we find the living room fully equipped with a large table and sofas. It has air conditioning in the living room and wifi . From the living room there is access to the charming terrace. 

It also has a rear terrace with clothes washing machine.

The kitchen is fully equipped, it has an oven, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle and everything you need to prepare any meal. 

ROOMS AND BATHS: 

The hallway leads to the bedrooms and bathroom. 

The first room has a single bed and access to the rear terrace. 

The main room has a double bed, air conditioning and large closets.

The terrace is ideal for enjoying long after-hours, a drink at sunset or long sunbaths.
