- How do I know the place will be the same as the one I chose?

We guarantee that both the information and the photos posted reflect exactly the accommodation you see. We are not keen on giving wrong information simply because when you arrive, you are going to change places. This is not the plan we have for you. We want you to be comfortable, happy and sure that what you have chosen is what you will enjoy when you arrive. If you want to be more confident: if, when you arrive, you discover something that doesn't correspond to the description, we'll make a refund of the money paid and help you find another accommodation. If you have any doubt about the place to stay, please contact us, we want to help you with everything. 

- Will someone be waiting for me when I arrive? Will I be able to arrive at any time?

You'll have someone waiting for you at the accommodation when you arrive. Remember to let us know in advance so that we can coordinate your arrival at the apartment or house you have rented. The arrival time is between 3pm and 9pm, but always contact your host to confirm this, as we often make exceptions!

- If I have a problem, will there be anyone to come and assist me?

We have hosts for you. As we are not a hotel, there is no one 24 hours a day at the accommodation, but if any issue arises, whether something is broken or you are lacking something indispensable, please contact your host so that it can be sorted out as quickly as possible.

- Is there a coffee maker, hair dryer or iron in the accommodation?

All announcements indicate the amenities of the property. If it doesn't mention it, it doesn't have it. But if in doubt, ask us, we prefer to be clear so you don't get any surprises when you arrive.

- Do I have to take along a parasol, chairs and beach towels?

In general, yes. But ask us before you travel, sometimes we have beach towels and parasols for our guests.

- Are there bath towels and sheets?

Yes, in all the accommodations you will have the beds ready, and 2 towels per person (one hand towel and one bath). For longer stays (more than 1 week) we will provide you with a spare.

- Can I bring along some friends? Can I celebrate parties?

As all the properties are located inside a building with locals who live there all year round, we ask you not to celebrate parties or play loud music to avoid being disturbed. They are not on holiday. If you want to invite friends, there is no problem as long as they don't stay overnight or make excessive noise. There are rules of co-existence that we must respect. We appeal to common sense. - If I don't like the place, can I change? If you don't like it because the pictures are not accurate, you can change. We will refund your money and if you need it, we can help you choose another accommodation. But if you don't like it because you haven't read the information we provide in the description, unfortunately we can't refund your money. But before that, we will do much more than you expect for you to be happy with your choice.

- If I don't like the place, can I change? 

If you don't like it because the pictures are not accurate, you can change. We will refund your money and if you need it, we can help you choose another accommodation. But if you don't like it because you haven't read the information we provide in the description, unfortunately we can't refund your money. But before that, we will do much more than you expect for you to be happy with your choice.

- Is cleaning included during my stay?

The cleaning that we include is that of the departure. So, on your last day you just pick up your personal things and throw the garbage in the bins on the street. If you stay more than a week we include a 30 minute cleaning. 

- Do I have to clean or do I need to wash the sheets before I go?

No, just as a polite gesture we ask you to leave everything packed up but there is no need to clean up.

- When do I get my deposit back?

If you leave your property in the same condition as you found it, the deposit will be returned within 7 days of your departure. Anyway, we ask our guests to inform us if they have broken anything by accident. Finding us by surprise with something damaged does not make anyone happy. Everything can be solved and we can discuss it.

- Will someone come to see me at check out? Can I leave at any time?

Your host will meet you at check out. But it always depends on the timing, there are flights that are very early in the morning and then we say goodbye the evening before. You can depart at any time before 11 a.m. This will also be coordinated with your host who will provide you with departure guidelines.

If you are an owner and need to clarify some questions about your holiday rental, these are the 5 most frequently asked questions we receive:

1- How do I start?

We will meet at your property. It is the right opportunity to share with me all the secrets of the place. Every apartment or house has its unique features. I need to know it all. Imagine that we will be there if any problem arises during the guests' stay. So if I know that little tip about the oven or the boiler, we'll avoid any unnecessary complications.

2- Do I have to clean the apartment before I start renting it?

We kindly request you to leave the apartment as tidy as possible, but the first cleaning will be done by our professional team. That initial cleaning must be thorough, we cannot overlook any aspect of it.

3- Do I have to remove my personal belongings?

The ideal is that it is as free as possible from personal objects. Your guests need some space for their belongings.

4- Do I have to buy sheets and towels?

We will provide them. We take care of the cleaning and laundry after the guest's departure. Thus, each guest who arrives finds his accommodation clean and his bedding and towels fresh. Just like they saw in the pictures!

5- Do I have to leave keys?

Yes, ideally we ask for 3 sets of keys.

CHECK IN: Inform us about your approximate time of arrival in Sitges or Barcelona. If you have a flight number, much better! 

If you arrive via Barcelona, when you arrive, contact your contact person so she is aware of your imminent arrival in Sitges. 

If you come by car, communicate half an hour before arriving  so your contact persona can meet you for the delivery of keys. 


CHECK OUT:   Contact your contact person to agree the departure time (Before 11 hr)

Before leaving please take out the garbage bags and leave the property free of personal belongings and food.  

Leave the keys on the table (DO NOT LEAVE THEM INSIDE THE LOCK) and close the door behind you. 

Make sure all electrical appliances are turned off and unplugged and that the windows are properly closed before leaving.
