SUMMARY AND LOCATION: 

The Port Alegre Attic is a duplex apartment , facing the San Sebastian beach on the PORT ALEGRE promenade 

It has 2 balconies and 2 floors and is located on a 2nd floor without elevator. 

The San Sebastián neighborhood is one of the most beautiful areas of Sitges. It has a central location but in a quiet place. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so no car is needed. 

The apartment is located on a pedestrian street.

LIVING AND KITCHEN: 

Upon entering the apartment we find stairs that lead us to the first floor where the kitchen and living room are located. 

The kitchen is open to the living room, and is equipped with a coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, dishwasher and a small fridge. Simple meals can be prepared. 

The living room has a round glass table, chairs, a sofa, a flat screen TV and has access to the first balcony with spectacular sea views . Ideal for a drink at sunset or a coffee in the morning. 

ROOMS AND BATHROOMS: 

The stairs lead to the second floor where the bedroom is.It has a double bed of 1.50 x 2 meters, with access to another very private balcony. 

It also has sea views, has a shower and hammocks to take advantage of the sun during the morning. The bathroom is small and has a shower. 

MORE INFORMATION: 

The apartment has wifi, air conditioning hot / cold on both floors, a safe , an iron and a hair dryer. 

Please note that there are narrow stairs to access the apartment and inside there are also stairs . The apartment is located on the second floor and the bedroom and bathroom are accessed through stairs.

The Port Alegre Attic is a perfect apartment for couples who want to be between the center of Sitges and the Port. 

We do not recommend staying with children due to the number of stairs in the apartment. 

For stays longer than a week we offer a 30-minute cleaning weekly.
