For those who enjoy a quiet moment after the beach, to recharge batteries for going out to dinner this is the ideal place. 

Los Molins neighborhood is one of the most quiet areas of Sitges. It is residential, all houses and private buildings make a neighborhood more serene. Do not worry about going to the supermarket, you have the Carrefour and the Condis a 5-minute walk away. 

Sitges train station is 15 minutes away on foot, a little further but once you get home, the peace that awaits you is appreciated like a glass of water in the desert.

The attic is located on the third floor with elevator, because we know that the suitcases usually weigh more than they did at home when we were preparing them. 

Do you want more? There is free private parking waiting for your car to be parked. 

And where is the beach? Closer than you think. San Sebatian and Balmins beach are  about 10 minutes walking distance. You only have to walk downhill for 5 minutes, cross the train tracks and you arrive to Balmins beach.  The most beautiful cove in Sitges.

DESCRIPTION: 

You park your car, take the elevator, third floor and open the doors of heaven. The fresh air and the light that enters through the terrace will leave you speechless. 

We enter the living-dining room, which has a work area separated from the rest, ideal for those who combine holidays with work. The living room is very spacious, cozy and delightfully decorated with a sofa so cozzy that it will make you want to spread out on it. 

LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN: 

The living room is integrated with the kitchen and dining room.

The large windows lead us to the spectacular terrace. 

The kitchen is very comfortable and fully equipped, with beautiful mountain views and access to a rear balcony with a washing machine, ideal for hanging clothes and towels after the beach. 

In the living room there is a flat screen TV, wifi, air conditioning, stereo, DVD, dining table with chairs. It is a very functional and practical space. 

Going back to the terrace, the main character in this apartment. It would not surprise me that during several summer nights you prefer to spend the night on one of their hammocks. It is equipped with a large table, chairs, and several hammocks to enjoy the sun all day. There are also separate electric awnings which bring shade to some areas.

ROOMS AND BATHS: 

The main room has a double bed of 1.60x2 mt. and new quality mattress to ensure a good rest. It also has an exit to the terrace. 

The second bedroom has a 1.20x2 mt bed. and another rear balcony. This bed is ideal for those who need more space to sleep, or for 2 children sharing the bed. 

The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, and has a window to the outside.
