I SUMMARY IT AND I LOCATED YOU WHERE IT IS: 

Less than 10 minutes from the beach, and behind the Sitges train station there is a quiet little street called Pau Casals. On one side of the roads is the center of Sitges, on the other side, the residential area. The apartment is on this side, 20 meters from the center of Sitges.

The Mercadona supermarket is less than 5 minutes away (same as the train station) but if you want something even closer, there is a small Carrefour around the apartment. 

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony big enough for lunch, dinner, sunbathing or having a drink. 

It is very spacious, super comfortable, practical with all the necessary equipment for a well-deserved vacation. 

KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM: 

The living room is spacious and very functional . Nothing is missing and nothing is missing either.It has 2 comfortable sofas, a large wooden table with chairs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and an exit to the balcony overlooking the street. 

The kitchen is a separate environment. Fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, washing machine and clothes dryer. If you travel light, it is perfect because you can wash and dry all your clothes in an hour. 

ROOMS AND BATHS: 

Upon entering the apartment we find the hallway and 2 of the 3 rooms. One of them has 2 single beds and the other one a double bed (1,35x2) 

There is a bathroom with a shower in the entrance hall.

The third room is further away, and more private. At the rear of the apartment is a suite room with a double bed (1.50x20), large wardrobes and a bathroom with a bathtub. 

When you ask me for a comfortable, practical, well-equipped apartment in a quiet but central area, I recommend this apartment.

It is ideal for people with reduced mobility since it has an elevator and ramp to access it.
